    I did not realize what a production it was to replace a (20 yr old) central air condenser and get it up & running! Everyone was great - answering my questions and explaining what they were doing. I was very impressed with the way they educated and integrated Cameron (the Bay Path student) into the work flow. Everyone was upbeat and seemed happy to be doing their job. This was not my first experience with a few of the men as I had my furnace replaced in January 2015 and I have been a customer since I purchased my house in 1996. Also I truly appreciate that I was able to extend payments on my new central air system. I had been without my central air for the past few summers as I was fearful of the cost. I am a happy customer now!

    Nick was a great young guy that was a pleasure to deal with. I asked him to help me with my thermostat and he was great. He did a great job cleaning my furnace and cleaned everything after. My low water cutoff was making noise when it hit the low water. He took it all apart and cleaned everything.

    Ben called first and arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem, fuel leaking from motor, but thankfully a simple valve replacement was all that was needed. He was careful to stay an additional 15 minutes after repair to make sure there were not leaks. He was professional in all respects. Thank you BEN!
