I was not a customer of yours until today. I came home last night after being away for a week and had no heat. We are in the middle of the coronavirus quarantine. I couldn’t go to a friend’s due to this. The answering service explained that if I wasn’t a customer - she wasn’t even supposed to dispatch the message. I explained that these are unique times and that if they helped me - they would have a customer for life. I am very grateful for her compassion last night. I would appreciate if you pass along my thanks to her - this was Sat 03/21 at 6 pm.
I planned on calling your company for a service contract next year.
My former plumber advised me to use Holden Discount Oil as this way I would be dependent on him for service. I am new to oil and asked him “aren’t I supposed to get my furnace checked each year”. He looked at the furnace in September of 2018, said it was fine and told me to call him if I had a problem. Since then I have not wanted to use him. My newer plumber was honest last night stating that he doesn’t know much about oil furnaces and that I need a company that services. What he said made perfect sense and validated that my former plumber was not keeping my need at the forefront.
Thank you for taking me on. I will be buying a new oil tank as soon as I can get a bulkhead installed.
Please have someone call me to schedule a cleaning as Jim insisted I should do this ASAP. I will call in the morning as well.

We had a new indirect water tank, new boiler, and new thermostats installed today and we couldn't be more impressed. They arrived early and left everything neat and clean. We are very satisfied with the information we received to make the decision on what brand/model to get to the installation and all the information that followed.
